Our most popular nose-to-tail experience, tailored to your dog's coat, needs and lifestyle. For our regular clients, de-shedding is part of the full groom during shedding season, designed specifically for double-coated breeds. Say goodbye to fluff, not the shine.

Every Signature Full Groom starts with a skin and coat check. It is part of how we work with every dog, and if we notice anything that would be better looked at by your vet, we will point it out.

The de-shedding included in a full groom is what keeps a regularly maintained coat under control. When a coat has gone too long between grooms, or a double-coated breed is blowing its undercoat heavily, an intensive de-shedding treatment is required and is charged separately based on your dog's size and coat condition. Your groomer will assess the coat and confirm any additional cost before starting. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

A quick refresh between full grooms, after a muddy playdate or before a weekend away.

Hand Stripping

The classic technique for keeping coat texture and colour intact.

Classic technique to maintain coat texture and colour, done with expert care. Hand stripping removes the dead outer coat by hand rather than cutting it, so a wire coat keeps its structure and its depth of colour.

Puppy First Groom

A calm, unhurried introduction to grooming, at your puppy's pace.

A gentle, trust-building first experience that introduces your puppy to the sounds, the tools and the handling of a grooming session, so none of it comes as a surprise later. It opens with a warm-up, play and games, so the first thing your puppy associates with the grooming table is fun.

The session follows your puppy's mood. Nothing is forced and nothing is rushed, so we do as much as they are comfortable with on the day. That means not everything gets finished in one visit, and that is exactly as it should be.

Because we work at their pace, puppy sessions are shorter than a regular groom. The goal is confidence rather than a finished haircut, so every pup leaves happy, relaxed and ready for next time. Cuddles and treats are always part of it.

Puppy First Groom is a single session. Available once your puppy has completed all vaccinations, from around three to four months old, and up to nine months of age. Puppies older than nine months should book a Signature Full Groom — if your dog is over nine months and has never visited a grooming salon, please tell us when booking so we can give them the extra care their first visit needs.
