Single Session or 2-Session Package

A gentle, trust-building grooming experience designed to introduce your puppy to the world of grooming in a calm, positive, and loving way.

Available once your puppy has completed all vaccinations (from around 3–4 months old) and up to 9 months of age.

Each session gently introduces your pup to grooming tools and sensations. It may include elements such as a soft puppy shampoo, gentle brushing, blow dry, nail trim, ear and eye clean, hygiene tidy, or a light face or paw trim — but not all services are completed at once. Every session is tailored to your puppy’s comfort level and how they respond on the day.

The package includes two sessions, each lasting up to 2 hours, held approximately two weeks apart (subject to availability). It’s designed as an introductory experience and does not include a full groom.

Our goal is to nurture confidence and create a lifelong positive association with grooming — so every pup leaves happy, relaxed, and ready for next time. Cuddles and treats are always part of the experience!

Puppies older than 9 months should book a Signature Full Groom. If your dog is over 9 months and has never visited a grooming salon before, please let us know when booking so we can provide the extra care needed for their first experience.
